Abstract:With the increasing popularity of graphical route information panels in transportation management,driver response to graphical route information has become a frontier topic in the field of driver behavior under real time traffic information.A literature review of studies on driver response to graphical route information in aspects of behavioral data collection and behavior modeling was made,the shortcomings of previous studies and the emerging trend were pointed out,and some new developments in this frontier topic were presented.Useful implications and guidance for future research were provided.
