Aiming at the optimization of physiological stimulation stress on traumatic section in the process of fracture healing,on the basis of Jorgensen theory of fracture treatment,the optimization model of physiological stimulation stress for fracture traumatic section was established.Considering the problems existing in the normal immune genetic algorithm,an estimate criterion that uses antibody population overall similarity to replace single antibody similarity was proposed so as to calculate the antibody concentration and affinity,and the concept of dynamic mutation probability and its determination method were proposed.Based on the measured stress curve family on the goat fracture traumatic section,the improved immune genetic algorithm,normal immune genetic algorithm and the normal genetic algorithm were used respectively to optimize the physiological stimulation stress on goat’s fracture traumatic section.The optimization results demonstrate that the method proposed is feasible and effective to achieve higher optimization accuracy.
