The concepts of strong Cwrpp Rees radicals and primitive wrpp semigroup were introduced.A subclass of primitive semigroup,namely the primitive wrpp semigroup with strong Cwrpp Rees radicals was studied.Using the nature of strong Cwrpp Rees radicals,the property of primitive and the approach of ideal expansion to describe its structure,an example of this kind of semigroup,was presented and it is shown that it is not the same kind of semigroup as that given out in the article ［1］and is of unique significance.
