    摘要:

    基于多体动力学理论建立了整车的动力学仿真模型,通过事件建模器建立了蛇行路面事件文件和双纽线路面事件文件,分别用作蛇行虚拟试验和转向轻便性虚拟试验的驱动文件.依据我国现行整车操纵稳定性试验国家标准,对整车虚拟样机进行了转向盘转角阶跃输入、角脉冲输入、转向回正、稳态回转、转向轻便性及蛇行虚拟试验,并对该车操纵稳定性各性能指标进行了评价.提出的研究方法可以为汽车操纵稳定性虚拟试验提供参考.

    Abstract:

    A vehicle dynamics model was established based on the multi body dynamics theory and applied to the virtual handling stability test.The files of pylon course slalom rood and lemniscates curve road were built by using event builder,and respectively used as the driver files of pylon course slalom virtual test and steering efforts virtual test.According to the national standard of vehicle handling stability,several virtual test cases including the steering wheel angle step input,steering wheel angle pulse input,turning back performance,steady state turning back,pylon course slalom and steering efforts were carried out,then the performance indicators of handling stability were scored and evaluated.The method proposed provides a reference to the virtual test of vehicle handling stability.
