To overcome the irrationality of the existing weighted statistical evaluation methods,the thesis combines analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy clustering method,builds interval judgment matrices to get the evaluation of weighting sets,improves the algorithm of choosing big or small and the maximal subjection degree of the evaluation result,and finally presents an objective,rational and quantitative evaluation system,which offers a scientific reference to community improvement.The sample analysis indicates that the evaluation system is quite effective.
