    摘要:

    对闭式热泵干衣机干衣性能进行实验研究,采用热泵系统性能系数COP、除湿能耗比SPC、单位时间除湿量MER、单位能耗除湿量SMER等指标考察其性能.研究结果表明,热泵系统的COP值在低负载时随着衣物含水率的增大而增大,在较高负载时,在含水率为45%时达到最大值;热泵干燥系统的SMER值在低负载时随着衣物含水率的增大而增大,在较高负载时随着含水率的增大而增大且基本维持在较高的数值;热泵系统和热泵干燥系统相互影响相互制约,热泵系统的COP值与热泵干燥系统的SMER值不能同时达到最大.

    Abstract:

    The performance of closed heat pump dryer was investigated.The indexes of coefficient of performance of heat pump systems COP,specific dehydration power consumption SPC,average specific dehumidification MER,specific dehumidification SMER and so on were used to study its performance.The results indicate that the value of COP increases with the increase of moisture content at the lower load,and it arrives at the highest value when the moisture content is 45% at the higher load.The SMER of heat pump and drying system increases with the increase of moisture content at the lower load,and it basically remains at a high value when the load is higher.Because the heat pump system and drying system restrict and interact with each other,the values of COP and SMER can’t reach its highest value simultanuously.
