      探讨以专用小型试验场代替大型试验场,对典型零部件的耐久性能进行快速评价。主要以某大型试验场整车结构耐久性工况为依据,以某车型在大型试验场条件下主要被考核零部件的损伤为目标,结合小型专项试验场工况特征,探索基于损伤等效原理的小型专项试验场耐久性评价规范的制定方法。在大量的载荷数据分析的基础上,建立大型试验场路况下的目标损伤,小型试验场以此损伤为目标,组合路况循环次数,利用遗传算法对当量关系数学模型进行求解,合理地设计出满足自主品牌汽车开发需求的小型专项试验场关键零部件耐久性评价规范。该方法可以为同一车型平台上不同型号零部件耐久性的高效、精准、低成本评价提供技术支撑,为整车试验场耐久性规范的建立提供新的思路和参考。
英文摘要:
      The key technology to evaluate the durability of typical components quickly is discussed. Based on the durability condition of the whole vehicle structure of a large proving ground, the damage of the main parts of a certain vehicle model under the condition of a large proving ground is taken as the target. The characteristics of the working condition of a small special proving ground are combined to formulate the durability evaluation criterion of a small special proving ground based on the principle of damage equivalence. On the basis of a large amount of load data analysis, the target damage in the road condition of the large test field is established, and the damage is taken as the target for the small test field. The cycle number of the combined road condition is established. Genetic algorithm is used to solve the mathematical model of equivalent relationship, and the durability evaluation criterion of key parts in the small special test field that meets the needs of independent brand automobile development is reasonably designed. The method proposed by this paper can provide technical support for the efficient, accurate and low-cost evaluation of the durability of parts of different models on the same vehicle platform. It also provides a new idea and reference for the establishment of the durability criterion of the vehicle proving ground.
