塔式起重机自身结构特征及其高空作业的属性导致其属于高危特种设备,极易发生重大伤亡事故,当塔机发生微小损伤时及时发现并检修是规避事故风险的基础和前提。以上海某大学新建项目工地上的QTZ100型塔式起重机为工程背景,将损伤柔度曲率作为损伤指标,通过构建有限元计算模型,分析多种微小损伤情况下结构应力与模态参数变化规律,与振型变化率作为损伤指标的分析结果作对比。研究表明,损伤柔度曲率曲线在损伤处产生了明显突变,可以识别出微小损伤发生的位置及损伤程度,且抗噪性能较好。 |

Tower cranes belong to the high-risk special equipment due to their own structural characteristics and the attributes of high-altitude operation, and they are prone to heavy casualties. When tower cranes have minor damage, timely detection and maintenance are the basis and premise to avoid the risk of accidents. Based on the engineering background of QTZ100 tower crane on a new project site of a university in Shanghai, the damage compliance curvature was taken as the damage index. The finite element calculation model was built to analyze the variation of structural stress and modal parameters under various minor damage conditions, and compared with the analysis results using the change rate of vibration mode as the damage index. Results show that the damage compliance curvature curve produces obvious mutation at the damage point, through which the location and degree of minor damage can be identified with good anti-noise performance. |
