    摘要:

    本文根据传热原理和误差理论,应用优化方法,在换热面二侧的放热具有确定准则形式的前提下,无论二侧放热系数相对比值的大小,可以不测壁温,只要实测冷热流体的进出口温度及流量,即可以从传热系数中分离出二侧的放热系数并给出二相应的准则方程;同时对准则方程的误差及准则方程中各待定常数的误差分别作出相应且偏于安全的估计。

    Abstract:

    Based on the principle of heat transfer and the error estimation theory, the present paper, by means of optimization, introduces a method to treat heat-transfer test data without measuring the wall temperature. If the local heat-transfer coefficients on both sides of the heat exchanger have certain demensionless forms and the temperature of the inlet and outlet of both fluids and the flow rates of both fluids are measured, no matter how great or small the ratio of their coefficients may be, their coefficients can be separated from the overall heat-transfer coefficient and their corresponding demensionless forms may be obtained. Furthermore, the errors of their coefficients can be estimated from the error of the overall heat-transfer coefficient.
