A new kind of Fuzzy paracompactness is introduced in this paper. It is noted for the following distinguishing features:(1) It is a good extension. (2) It can be defined for any Fuzzy subsets. (3) It is hereditary with respect to closed subsets.(4) Several kinds of reasonable Fuzzy compactness are special examples.
