The object of this contribution is to present a new type of calibration device for heat flow meters. The authors went into the details of the principles of this calibration device on the basis of analytic evaluation and calculation of heat transferIt is shown that the lateral heat loss of the heat flow meters can be eliminatedwhen the temperature of compensating room is controlled.
