    摘要:

    本文应用变分有限元方法和边界层理论对实际叶栅内部流场进行了数值计算,求出了中心势流场的速度和压力分布、型面边界层特征参数、叶栅损失系数及型面摩擦损失系数。计算结果与实验数据吻合较好。文中所建立的方法和编制的计算程序可用于对轴流式或离心式叶栅进行计算,并以此判断叶栅性能优劣,改善叶型和设计高效叶栅,减少不必要的试验经费。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, in terms of the variational principles and the boundary-layers theory, a numerical method of flow fields through cascades is presented. The velocity and pressure fields of potential flow are offered. The characteristic parameters of boundary-layer, frictional and total loss coefficients are also given. The calculating results ars closely in agreement with the experiment data of the manufactural plant. The present computational method and program can be used directly to the calculation of the cascades on arbitrary streamsheet of revolution in centrifugal and axial turbomachines. They can answer such important questions as how to obtain the minimum loss coefficient and the best possible efficiency.
