In this paper the coefficient K for calculafion heat loss error of a new heat flux meter calibration device is obtained by means of heat transfer theory. With this coefficient K, the error of the calibration device may be corrected. Finally, some useful methodd to decrease the influence factors of heat loss error of the calibration device are dealt with.
