This paper deals with the application of Systems Engineering approach to the assignment of graduates from 1987 to 1990. In terms of mathematical model and formulation transformation, two derived assignment alternatives upon different principles are presented. An analysis and evaluation of the results is made according to the integrated criteria. The results of analysis indicate that the integrated structure bias of the better alternative is only one fifth of that of the other one.
