Abstract:Since the heat recovery systems came into use there have been many shortcomings brought about by focusing on only one aspect such as the economics factor. The present paper proposes a new method which can evaluate the heat recovery systems more objectively. First, a series of evaluation criteria are built from economic, technical, and social factors, there are seventeen criteria in all. Each criterion is defined quantitatively or qualitatively by Possibility-Satisfiability method and AHP method, Then the mathematical formulas of multi-dimensional values to combine these criteria are applied. The new evaluation method is then used to evaluate the two heat recovery systems.
