A compensation method for measuring human deep body temperature is discussedin this paper.In the light of bio-heat transfer equation, a numerical model and the numerical results are obtained.Some biological and geometrical parameters affecting the temperature measurement are also analysed .The temperature probe is illustrated. The initial experience confirms that the c.ompensation method is highly satisfactory.
