This article presents a design method of the circular cross-sectional vaneless volute of the centripetal turbine.It applies to fuU-arc admission condition as well as partial-arc admission condition.At the end of the article,several concrete design and calculation procedures are summarized. So long as the designers adopts these procedures,they can design and calculate easily.
