This paper presents a methcd for quadratic regression fitting of thermeceuple transfer property to study its computer realization and form a software package. By means of this sofiware, the cusiomer can quickly obtain a set of conic equations which best fit the transfer property of thermccouple under given temperature range and permitted error. The number of this set of equations is much smaller than that of a straight line fitting. This is very useful in the desigh of intelligent thermo-engineering instrument.
