    摘要:

    本文提出一种气体静压导轨的新结构。它支承在等边三角形分布的三个空气轴承上,是中心对称的,在360°圆周的任何一个方位上都有相同的刚度和动态阻尼效应。文章证明它在外力和外力矩的扰动下,始终恢复到初始位置。从而有可能充做精密导轨。

    Abstract:

    A new structure for fhree-shaft aerostatic precise guide is proposed in this article. Making use of its central symmetry, it has not only the same stiffness at horizontality or perpendicularity,but also the same stiffness and dynamic damping character at any direction of the whole circle. It can satisfy the requirement of a precise guide.Meanwhile, it has several advantages: no oil-pollution, no stick-slip motion due to less friction of aerostatic lubrication bearing and so on. These advantages are due to this device that can resume primary posrtion throughout from the disturbing of exterior forces and the moment of exterior forces.
