Through the formulation and usage of cusp catastophe models, the present paper tries to pinpoint management behaviour science, organization structure and development as well as decision making.This contribution also deals with the application of catastrophe theory to the solution of some specific problems.Finally, a summary is given of the prospets for the applicalion of catastrophe theory in the future.
