This paper applies the method of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish the membership function based on the analysis of the statistical data,and set up a multistage mathematical model. Proper operators are chosen for each stage according to the actual situation. A comprehensive evaluation is made in the development of microelectronic technology in various regions of China to provide a reference for the governmen to draft policies.
