The phase-comparison test by means of filling up pulses introduced in this paper is a new method of computer applied in dynamic measuring circular grating. Because the digittal value is directly used in data sampling and processing, two problems, the errors from scaling by hand operation, and the lost of high frequency components in the analog signals, are resolved.
