In this paper, based on the research and experiment about the telemeter for measuring the torsional acceleration on revolute shafts, the characteristics of the torsional acceleration-to-frequency converter manifested by Colpitts oscillator and the transmitter are analysed. A measuring and converting model and the practical test data are also offered.
