    摘要:

    本文导出了单相流体通过节流管的压降计算模型,其理论计算值与试验结果相吻合,精度可满足一般工程测量的要求。文中还指出,单相流体通过节流管的阻力损失主要是突扩阻力损失,但其进口突缩阻力也不能忽略;此外,对于较长的节流管,还须计及沿程摩阻损失。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of the analysis of the flow mechanism of throttle tubes, the pressure drop model of the single-phase flow through the throttle tube is derived from the mass, momentum and energy conservation equations. Good agreement is found between the pressure drop model and the experimental results. The accuracy of the model gained in the experiment is highly satisfactory. Furthermore, it is pointed out that the main resistance loss of the single-phase flow through the throttle tube is that of the abrupt-enlargement, and the inlet abrupt-contraction resistance should not be neglected at all. Besides, the frictional resistance must be taken into account for the longer throttle tubes.
