    摘要:

    本文探讨了高铬成分的耐热钢、不锈钢的无氰盐浴氮化方法,研制了适用于这类铜的无氰盐浴配方及其处理工艺。这种方法能直接去除高铬型的耐热钢、不锈钢表面的氧化膜而进行氮化,处理后显著地提高其表面硬度、耐磨性及复合性能。此方法不会造成环境污染。

    Abstract:

    This paper deals with salt bath nitro-carburising processes of high chroumium amounts heat resistant steel and stainless steel and develops a proper nitro-corburising salt bath and heat treatment process.The film of oxide for high chroumium amounts steel can be removed directly and the case hardness, wear resistance and synthetic property of parts can be improved considerably as well,There is no environment pollution in this process.The equipment and operation of the process are simple; its cost is moderate.It is appropriate for the batch production of small-or medium-sized parts with complex shape of these steel.
