In this paper the author presents two new canonical piecewise-linear circuits. The explicit formulas are given for calculating the element parameters of the two canonical piecewise-linear circuits from an arbitrarily given set of eigenvalues and expand the theorem on the class of realizable eigenvalues to suit for the two new canonical circuits. In addition,it shows that the canonical circuit to realize Chua's circuit family is not unique; however,perhaps the best one is the modified Chua's circuit.
