    摘要:

    本文介绍了一种用8031单片机组成的水蒸气过热度表。它具有测量准确度高。直观性强的特点,适合于在电厂锅炉汽轮机组中对水蒸气过热度的监测之用。文中对该仪表的测量原理、结构和软件设计等作了说明,并给出了一个形式简单、准确度较高,适于在单片机系统中使用的水蒸气饱和温度与饱和压力的关系式。

    Abstract:

    This paper presents a new kind of meter for water steam overheat temperature. In thermal power plants, the steam overheat temperature is an important parameter for the safe running of the turbine. The parameter is monitored indirectly in most power plants, which may cause severe accidents due to carelessness. The meier solves this problem by a direct overheat temperature display in digits and a automatic safe protection circuit. A storage of the history overheat temperature is also available in the meter for inverstigation of accidents. The principles of measurement and design of the hardware ard software of the meter are discussed and a simple and accurate relationship between the saturated temperature and pressure is established. The equation is applicable to the single chip microcomputer system.
