    摘要:

    本文介绍如何利用计算机对产品进行可靠性筛选。文中对判别式中的影响参数作了统计检验,建立了一个筛选标准,并介绍了线性判别在产品筛选中应用的实例。从而形成一个完整的可靠性筛选应用软件。

    Abstract:

    The present reports on the using of electronic computers to screen product reliability. The linear discrimination method is one of the reliability screening methods. Being linear discriminant and a multi-varible analysis method, it is very suitable for screening product reliability with a linear discriminant concluded by the effective parameters when the reason of failures is unknown. The amount of work or calculation will increase with the number of effective parameters. Therefore, it is. very useful to the electronic computer. The authors make a statistic inspection on the effective parameters and set up a screening standard. In order to apply the method to practical use, the authors offer some samples of screening elements by linear discriminants. As a result, the calculation with an electronic computer becomes a software of screening product reliability.
