Using inside-tube coil inserts to increase heat transfer coefficient of inside-tube is an easy and effective means for augmenting heat transfer. Manufacturing coil inserters is an easy job. They are especially appropriate for industrial boilers and used to decrease the exit gas temperature and increase boiler thermal efficiency. The heat transfer and pressure resistance performences of inside tube coil inserts are extensively studied in the present paper. The experimental process and results of the investigation are offered in this paper.
