The aim of this contribution is to present a method of reliability growth test and the application in cameragrowth. The author analysed the failure weak links of camera on the basis of failure analysis and then examined three growth cyclings. A mathematical model of reliability growth and a method of curve conneetion are also discussed in this paper.
