This paper proposes a new method of the data processing in the constant stress accelerated test (CSAT). Several examples are given to show that Grey prediction is applicable to CSAT. This new method decreases the randomization of test data anddata processing error caused by condition. "The application of Grey Prediction can make the reliability test more convenient and accurate.
