According to the macroeconomic principle of our country, the " Equilibrium in Four Aspects ", a macroeconomic quantitative model is established. The model which has twenty internal variables, eighteen external variables and one subjunctive variable comprises of twelve regression equations and eight definition equations. Statistical test analysis shows the good approach of the model to the actual situation.
