According to the task of property structure control in the 1990's, in this paper, a proper investment was designed and a computation with a macroeconomic model was made to realize the progressive regulation of the property structure, so that, the production number andthe employment number of the national income might keep basically equalized. This may provide a basis for the lasting, stable and coordinative development of the national economy.
