The present paper, based on engineering application and SOlS (Single Operational Information System), deals with the principles for developing integrated MIS (Management Information System), system construction and engineering aealization methods,such as problem solving and program design methods of object-oriented, strategies of mixing programming and changing parameters (true parameter and formal parameter), etC. The integrated MIS designed by adopting the methods described in this paper is well fitted with CIMS and of high industrial application value.
