In the present paper, the author introduces a monitoring device of wideband optical thin film, which has thirty-two inspective wavelengths for selection this device can inspect live signals of eight wavelengths simultaneously and used in monitoring wide band thin film. It has accomplished satisfactory results in the search of auto-coating technology.
