A vibration measurement instrument of low frequency and large amplitude with the type of elactic constrained compound pendulum has been designed and produced. The stability of non linear vibration of the instrument is analysed in the paper. Tests are performed to determine its amplitude frequency characteristics and its measurement accuracy.
