In the light of domestic current situation on maintainer haming, a method of establishing computer-aided haming systems for fault diagnosis skill is presental here. The function and components of our maintainer haming system on hobbing machine are discussed. Three main components, i. e. study, evaluation and explanation components, are discussed in mere detail.
