In the present paper the functions of computer system for warehouse automation and the structure of hardware and software are analysed to promote the system development and implementation. Some special technologies,such as computer network,database management,multi-language programming,data communication,and person-machine interface are used to make the integration of the hardware and software of the information and of the operators and equipments of the whole system.
