The uncertainties of the tunnel structure resistance are discussed in the paper.Considering the resistance parameter as arandom fuzzy variable,a random fuzzy statistical method is presented to determine the numerical characteristics and probability distribution of the experimental values. The random statistical formula is proved to be a special case of the presented formula. The results obtained show that the recommended mothod is move realistic than the coventionl one.
