In order to make Businss Management Information System (BMIS)to achieve the highest efficiency,in the paper,guided by SystemScience,the structure of BMIS is analyzed.With the help of the Topology Sorting Process,a development tactics of BMIS is designed and the processing model and information model of BMIS have been completed by means of the IDEF method on the base of the theory which describes system from mutiple viewpoints.
