    摘要:

    本文从辐射和对流换热的机理及基本公式出发,建立了大型直流锅炉过热器或再热器传热计算模型,对模型每根管子进行了传热计算,从而得到整个过热器或再热器的传热特性,并考虑了结构、煤种、运行工况等对传热的影响。本模型的建立更直接、细致地确定了过热器、再热器的传热工况,为分析过热器、再热器偏差、传热恶化、寿命等问题提供了新方法。

    Abstract:

    Based on the mechanism and basic equation of radiation and convection heat transfer,a heat transfer calculation model for superheater or reheater of once through boiler is put foward in the paper.With the model,the heat transfer on each tube can be examined and its characteristics are thus obtained.The effects of boiler construction,coal varieties,operating conditions and other factors on heat transfer are considered in this model.The heat transfer condition of superheater or reheater can be determinded in detail directly by the model,and a new method is provided for analying the problems of superheater or reheater,such as heat difference,film boiling,service life and so on.
