    简要论述了桑塔纳车灯RR反射器的加工模具单元器件六角芯棒的结构特点以及对其角隅的测量方法,最后给出了这一测量方法的精度分析.

    Abstract:

    A brief discussion is made on the structure characteristics and cube corner measurement method for the hexagonal sticks which are used in making woking mould of reflex reflector (RR) for the Santana automotive lamps, and a precision analysis of the measurement method is provided. RR is an important component of automotive lighting lamps. Its minimum unit is cube corner in the shape of a inside corner of a regular hexahedron. The configuration of RR is a plane or curved surface composed of a large number of such units arranged in a certain way. The measurement of cube corner of hexagonal sticks discussed in the paper is an important step in the manufacturing of RR.
