A study on ADO program and the design of interactive HTML database under the circumstance of fat client is reported in the thesis. Discussion on the design methods of database on Internet is made. To meet the requirement of fat Clients, ADO program, a new de- sign method of program is introduced, which can improve some disadvantages in traditional de- sign methods, such as CGI. An example is given to prove the merits of the new method.
