EMME/2 is comprehensive on the urban transport research and the effect of it is distinguishing.It can be used not only in the macroscopic decision, but also on the microcosmic project analysis and research. It deserves widely application. But there are some defects exist in the software, that is, it is difficulty to connect to GIS, there is no topography, rivers and some necessary landmark. l hope that these problems can be solved in the near future and the usage of this is widespread.
