The thesis discusses a fuzzy query method for web database under the circumstance of fat clients.Based on the principle of general query disposal, a new concept of integrity of website is put forward, that is a soft factor of evaluation for designing of website. The integrity function is also given to describe the new concept. The thesis also discusses that with the method of fuzzy query combined with supermedia query, the term number in multilevel query will be decreased while the integrity of website will be increased effectively. A model for fuzzy query designing, is proposed and a designing formula is also put forward to meet the requirement of term number in multilevel query. In addition, a supermedia query method is also introduced in the thesis, which can implement the multilevel query effectively.
