Basing on the fuzzy decision making model, in the paper the fuzzy integrative evaluation method is improved, and an effective way to solve the selection problem which decision mabers often meet in the decision making in local public utilities. In addition, the building of fuzng matrix with fuzzy numbers for ensuring the accuracy of the decision is attempted for the first time.
