From the viewpoint of motivation of management innovation, setting up human focused management mechanism, re-engineering business process and grasping chance of knowledge based economy in advance, the management innovation for our state-owned enterprises is discussed. It is pointed out that enterprise should initiate its own way for management innovation according to its own situation.
