    摘要:

    介绍了自行开发的脉动燃烧干燥实时测试分析系统。采用半无发管和导管引出被测介质与压力传感器连接的方法,解决了高温及谐振波影响测量精度的问题。以C++作为软件开发工具,编制了数据采集系统软件,实现了多通道实时采集、波形显示、状态检测、频谱分析、数据存贮和打印等功能。

    Abstract:

    Pulse combustion drying is a new type of drying technology. Due to the characteristics of oscillating flow produced by pulse combustion, it is needed to use dynamic real time test system. A real time test-analysis system for pulse combustion drying is developed. Adopting semi-infinite tube and catheter connecting the tested medium with pressure sensor, the problem of high temperature and resonance influence on measuring precision is solved. Using C as tool for software compiling, a testing and data collecting system is developed. The result shows that the system has the capability of multi-channel, real time collection, waveform display, condition detection, frequency spectrum analyzing, data storaging and printing.
