摘要:

在综合当前居住小区模式几种提法及内涵的基础上，根据人居环境满足可持续发展的原则，给出面向普通居民的２１世纪城市居住小区模式－－现代绿色小区，为城市住宅建设提供一种新思路和新选择。

Abstract:

Based on synthesizing some formulations and connotation of urban residential quarter at present, and according to sustainable development principle, a new model is established for urban residential quarter for the common residents in 21st century in order to supply a new thought and selection for construction of urban residence.
