With the increasing market competition and the development of information and network technology, enterprises have to take up new management style to increase the competition ability and work efficiency. First analyzed is the importance of asynchronous CSCW-based workflow management and then the software architecture of the asynchronous CSCW-based workflow control is proposed. Finally the implementation details of the system and its key technology are analyzed.
